After cleansing, dispense onto fingertips or a cotton pad. Gently press and sweep across face and neck, focusing on areas prone to congestion. Can be layered using the 7-skin method for extra hydration, or applied to body areas needing exfoliation. Use 2-3 times weekly initially, increasing to daily as tolerated. Follow with essence and moisturiser. Always apply SPF in the morning.
